work and basketball feeling that coaching basketball is

own system and philosophy

record in countries like Holland, Austria, Germany and
Spain.
- Coach that works with young players to technically and
tactically improve them
- Coach with enthusiasm, self-control and
team-discipline

importantly with patience
- Coach who develops team-spirit and a special chemistry
that makes a team realize its potential
- Not a screamer type of coach or control freak, not a
laid-back coach, but the coach who drives his players
hard knowing when to ease-up
